Athlete of the Month

May – Trudy Kaltner

Trudy has been a member of CrossFit Twinsburg for almost three years.  When asked about her favorite part of CrossFit Twinsburg Trudy said, “I love the community at CFT. It truly is a family, and the coaches and athletes genuinely care for and support each other both in and out of the gym. My fitness journey has had its share of ups and downs, but I appreciate that CFT has always been able to meet me where I am and keep me moving in the right direction.”

Most importantly, Trudy’s motivation for working out comes from her sense of accomplishment after finishing an early morning WOD. She takes pride in the fact that she’s healthier in her 40s than she was in her 30s, and we think she’s amazing for it!

Favorite Movement: Bench Press, Abmats, and *gasp* BURPEES!
