CrossFit is the cornerstone of the programs offered at CrossFit Twinsburg. It is comprised of constantly varied movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit combines skills from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, metabolic conditioning, and more to create a well-rounded athlete.

The movements utilized in workouts help to build strength and mobility that translate into everyday activities.


Endurance is a full-body conditioning and cardio class that will keep you moving from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. The goal is to improve overall health and cardiovascular stamina by utilizing free weights, cardio and core-intensive movements. This class does not require prior CrossFit experience, and is a great way to add variety and intensity to your workout routine.

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 5:30 PM


BURN is a high intensity full-body workout that will work every muscle group in each 60 minute class. Bodybuilding movements combined with Plyometrics and Full Body Power Movements will have you breathing heavy, sweating, and targeting each individual muscle group while incorporating full-body functionality and cardiovascular fitness. Nutrition is the foundation of success with any fitness routine. CrossFit Twinsburg hosts group nutrition challenges to kick-start positive change and also offers one-on-one nutrition coaching. Nutrition programming is lead by Fitness and Nutrition Specialist, Shannon Eller.
